Why is there a 24-hour cancellation policy?

ADDENDUM 12/13/14 I HAVE NOT BEEN ADDING THE MAKE-UP SLOTS TO THE REGULAR SCHEDULE DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR DUE TO REDUCED DEMAND FOR RESCHEDULING. INSTEAD, I'M HANDLING RESCHEDULED LESSONS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE A LESSON, PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY.
